My Philosophy

“For me, events are more than logistics — they are experiences that connect people, build community, and bring brands to life. I believe every event tells a story, and my role is to ensure that story is authentic, memorable, and leaves a lasting impact.

With over 20 years across music, tech, sports, hospitality, and corporate events, I’ve learned that the best results come when strategy meets creativity and when every detail — from venue to partnerships — feels intentional."

About Me…

My journey began in Sydney, Australia, where my passion for social science, recreation, tourism, and marketing led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2003. I started my career in events administration, quickly moving into planning and logistics before running backstage events for IMG Fashion during Sydney Fashion Week and eventually launching my own freelance events production company.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built my career at the intersection of events and marketing — from designing and producing trade show booths, to managing full-scale productions, to creating cultural activations that connect audiences and brands in meaningful ways. I’ve produced everything from global corporate offsites and industry trade shows to sports, music, and lifestyle events, collaborating with world-class brands and delivering experiences that spark conversation and leave a lasting impression.

In 2014, fueled by ambition and a dream to broaden my horizons, I moved to New York City with nothing but a suitcase and determination. Today, I proudly call New York home, where I live with my golden retriever, Lennox. Whether I’m surfing, paddleboarding, hiking, or simply enjoying the ocean, nature keeps me grounded and fuels my creativity. I also love discovering new restaurants, sharing meals with friends, and traveling the world to explore cultures and cuisines that inspire my work.

Beyond my professional journey, I’m passionate about advocacy and community. I’ve volunteered with conservation initiatives, supported fundraising efforts, and founded an Employee Resource Group focused on invisible health and disabilities. I’m also an advocate for epilepsy awareness and mental health education, causes that are deeply personal and close to my heart. For me, creating memorable experiences — whether through events or through building community — is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work and life.
